How to Return an Item
1. Contact our customer service team lindahljack6@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning the product for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
